hello there.

HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~~~~~

Basking in the post-exam happy bubble :D

Not that i think i did very well. but hahaha... i don't care right now.

tea... ho ho ho...
Been going out a fair bit, so lots of photos... naha...

It was my grandma's eightieth birthday on the weekend before my last exam :D

So my aunts came down from Vancouver for the two weeks during my exam period. It was pretty cool, there was so much going out to eat food or eating crazy amounts of awesome food at home because they didn't want to go out.

And I missed out on 3 more outings haha. Cause i had to study T.T

Thursday. Last exam day.

SO HAPPY TO HAVE FINISHED.

Went out to get ramen for dinner in the city at Ippudo with ML and NJ. I think she had just come back from Melbourne! :D

The ramen was super tasty! I really like ramen haha... I think this was like, specialty ramen. It took ramen to the NEXT LEVEL. RAMEN UPGRADED.

The wierd rice thing came with extra nori and ginger to be put in like halfway to "change the flavour of the meal and make it a more refreshing experience." the rice was to be put in after the noodles were finished.

I asked ML what he thought and he was like "it just tastes like more ginger now." haha what a cutie.

Saw KL in the city when coming back. He was very drunk. First time talking to a drunk person.
I think it was a rather... enlightening experience.

---

Friday

Did some last minute pack up for my prep to move out. Then watched a couple of episodes of High School of the Dead before I got side tracked.

I think it was actually pretty scary sometimes. Other than that, boob physics of the show is kinda ridiculous. :D

Day didn't exactly go as hoped the day before, but it still went a little along the way?

I guess I can't help myself sometimes.

Towards the end, when i got kinda sleepy and cold and just crawled in bed; i think that was the nicest bit :3

---

Saturday

After work met up with the girls for dinner and dessert at towers! So happy to see everyone again :'D Got all emotional and everything nahaha.

When I came back home, watched a late night movie with my mum and sister called Blindness (imdb link here)

I think it really made me question what would I do if I was in that situation. I kinda wish i had seen it in year 11 and used it for a related text of something, I dunno what. Maybe human condition. I dunno.

It's really dark though. Super dark. But it has a lighter finish.

I really want to read the book now.

If I was stuck with no sight in the soceity/kingdom of the blind, would i become like the crazy guys? With no morals and live for selfish pleasure at the expense of others? Would I try to oppose injustice, or would I buckle under and ensure I don't create opposition?

I dunno. It's hard to think.

Sunday & Today

I really feel its the beginning of the hols. Lazy days that stretch out into nothing. I kinda did laundry today, and going through a wardrobe cleanse. i.e throwing out garbage bags full of clothes in the donation bins :D

Its taking a while to decide what I want to keep and what I want to get rid of.

Just finished reading Jodi Picoult's My Sister's Keeper and Sam Hawksmoor's The Repossession.

My sister's keeper made me cry when i was reading it, and cry again when i was explaining it to my sister...

lol.

But yeah holiday party atmosphere :D

PARTY LIKE THE DOCTOR!!!!!!!

Coolest snap chat drawing ever.

Also I'm totally in love with minions. Minions are 2nd on the list of things i want but can't have. Luckily McDonalds decided I could have a toy one.

It was really weird buying this, cause i kid you not, when the guy came out and realised this tall fat asian girl wanted the happy meal, he kinda just looked bemused and told me to enjoy the toy. :p

I want ALL THE MINION TOYS.

K bai :D

accounting

welp, i'm mad at myself about it.

I didn't time manage very well. ergh. i know that im going to be mad with whatever i get, cause i could have done better.

i am so very very screwed for stats. not even funny.

also, i have fallen in love.

a one true love.

a one shoe love.

I know, its terribly Asian, but it's adorable! the 8cm wedge, the black, the possibility for cosplay yet everyday functionality of it... *swoon*

---

yesterday i went to rice auditions, to audition little kiddies who want to rice.

Although it was more like me having fun ahahahahha.

i cannot dance for the life of me.

---

ok i gotta go back to cramming.

lol jokes what is study?

ITS SO TERRIBLY COLD I HATE WINTER

I hope i don't get sick... :(

well...

It's been forever, hasn't it? What with exam cram and all.

1 exam down, 3 to go.

Micro wasn't so bad. Considering it's the subject I'm fairly sure I won't fail, not so bad is comparatively good.

I'm just praying I can pass stats.

My mum walked in when I was studying stats and she was like "wow. All this math. And you thought you'd never see math again."

Life is funny like that.

I mean I was aiming for arts law, so I'd never have to math ever again.

But I don't regret doing Eco. I think it's better actually.

lol inner Asian.

When walking from the exam centre I made a discovery. I can walk straight up my street and turn left and walk another and be at the race course, instead of walking all the way to uni and then all the way to the race course.

It makes the 45min walk only 25min. :D saving time yay!

I thought the marquees would be dodgier, but they aren't so bad. I hope it doesn't rain... Rain will be crap.

---
After micro I slept for like 2hourz, before dragging myself out and heading to work.

While in parra I bought a burrito for a super late lunch, and yogoberry. (I was really hungry)

I think I ate reaaaaaaaaaally fast. I was worried I'd miss my bus and get to work late.

But the burrito was the best. I love Mexican food. And Japanese food. And Korean food. And Italian food.

I just love food.

No wonder I'm so fat.

DIET AFTER EXAMS. FO SHO.

(I say that all the time, I know, but this time for reals! I'm turning my life around! I want to wear different clothes and not be ashamed of my appearance! Also August is close and cosplay is inevitable. So along with my new study resolutions for next Sem, I intend to have new diet resolutions too! Yay!)

---

Lots of rapid development in my life, don't even know where to begin.

But here's a big one.

MATT SMITH IS LEAVING!!!!!!! *cries*

I will forever miss him.

*sniff* Matt Smith, because of you, now ties have never been cooler, fezzes are not just for Aladdin dress ups, suspenders should be worn at all occasions, and Geronimo is said whenever I leave the door :')

---

Also, what is relationships? I don't even understand anymore.

Maybe I was just born different from every other female.

But I think I'm severely messed up.

My sister is mad at me because I think I said something apprarently mean but not meant to be mean to someone, and now she thinks I don't love her. Also because she's almost off my best friends list on snapchat AHAHAHA...

Speaking of retarded relationships, I decided I could talk to him again. lol.

Dunno why, I just think it's been long enough, and although I'm always going to be sad about it, I no longer actively wish I could stop myself from saying anything and kept staying in that awkward denial.

I think I'm running from commitment.

I don't think committing is healthy.

But I also think staying as it is is not healthy.

But it feels HELLA good.

---

I dunno why manga girls like milk so much. The aftertaste is extremely funny. It sits in your stomach weirdly as well, like you can sorta feel it? Strange.

But in all manga, cow milk is supposed to enlarge boobies haha. But I'm pretty sure it's a lie.

But then, manga maintains that massaging boobies will make them bigger, so we defs can't trust manga.

Anyway, this ends my rant.

Night :3

I HATE PERDISCO.

I regret leaving this till last minute.

Havan't even had the heart to start stats, cause i don't even know where to begin...

Luckily Jin can help me work out how to use peridisco, or i would be like worse than fail.

Have been to his house far too many times recently, his mum probably dislikes me... ahahaha...

It's always very... intense. doogum doogum.

Uni is more intense, probably because end of sem. ahaha.

I wish i could have gone to med revue. :(

Also, retarded dreams lately. :(

why hello there

well so much has been happening and i don't even remember the last time i wrote something here.

I think the last time i wrote something was before i went to malaysia. Which was like (feels like) years ago.

Now we're all uni students, living the uni days life, (possibly) partying it up and (less likely) studying hard.

Also, I moved out! Temporarily. I'm staying at a friend's place till her brother gets back from Hong Kong cause her dad doesn't want her living alone.

Actually, she's really nice, and cute, but she doesn't know how to cook. So I'm kind of the house mates unoffical cook. lol.

But she takes amazing photos! She took a really nice one for me when i came back from ANIMANIA in costume.

OMG ANIMANIA WAS SO MUCH FUN. Although it turns out i suck at dancing compared to the king/queen of dance.

Breaking out those traditional Earth Ballads. (HAHA CASSANDRA)

Speaking of Doctor Who, OMG I LOVE CLARA. SHE'S SO PRETTY AND SMART AD CLEVER AND ASDFGHJKL AWESOME.

And Matt Smith is such a cutie. SO CUTE.

I'm really excited for Doctor Who Anniversary. I wish they brought back eccly as well as tenny. :( BUT AT LEAST THEY HAVE JACK. (one can tell where my values lie, ne?)

How are you guys finding uni? I'm really enjoying uni - aka the ramen days - but i kinda miss school. :( Having all my friends in the one place is really convenient. And now i realise how completely ANTI SOCIAL AND HERMIT I AM. I have made like next to no new friends, except for some dudes in my tutes. And according to my friends, they just want to *ahem* get friendly. :(

I WANT FEMALE FRIENDS. WHY DOES MY TUTES HAVE NO FEMALES. COMMERCE HAS LOTS OF GIRLS.

It's so sad! Acutally tbh during lectures I'm scared to sit with a bunch of girls because they're all already friends and it's hard to enter their friend circle.

Why do girls travel in packs? They're never alone. It's hard to approach girls in groups.

haha last time i was telling this to my church friend and she said i sounded like a desperate guy at the bar. She then told me to go and ask desperate guys at the bar for advice on how to approach women.

I think that would go down well, don't you? :p

Hope you guys enjoy mid sem break!

Geekdom and overseas!

So my family went to watch the hobbit! If anyone knows me like about 3% well, they will know I'm a (lil bit) of a major geek.

I actually quite liked what they did! I mean, when i found out it was a 3 part movie, i was quite amazed, because having read the hobbit about a thousand times (not even kidding i can quote it) i know exactly how long it is. And I knew that it wouldn't be long enough for 3 parts.

(Although i did guess where they would end the first movie... eh he he.)

But they added stuff that i didn't expect! (well i sort of guessed they would add the necromancer bit, but putting radagast and stuff in was a surprise)

Anyway, as soon as the movie ended, my parents looked at me and asked "how close to the book? Which bits added? TELL MEEEEEEEE"

lol

I've got geek cred in my family.

anyway, speaking of geek cred, i saw this article on the internet, which talks about women who are geeks.

In some ways, i kinda agree with him? In others, i find him a bit pretentious. I'm not sure.

I think that yes, i do get slightly irritated when i find attention grabbing girls dressing up and pretending to be hard core geeks online. However, on the other hand, I also feel like this is just a little bit of a sexist statement? Not all girls who choose to cosplay and want to get their geek on at conventions are attention grabbers. Perhaps the word im looking for is generalisation.

(Although i do understand the 6to9 thing.)

Maybe it's because most of the people i hang out with are geeky. Who knows.

Also, i felt a twinge of sadness when he sad "girls turning up at conventions claiming they like 'doctor who.'

Is doctor who a mainstream, non-geeky show? Does that mean I'm not a geek? Surely not.

I mean, it is a more popular show, ever since David Tennant was the Doctor. (Which i find said, because personally i feel that eccly and smithy also brought heaps to the role D:) And yeah, i can't deny that i'm a bit fangirly for Matt Smith sometimes (I love his doctor! but even then, he's still not MY doctor. He just reminds me of the 4th, which i still think is my doctor. Everyone has a doctor. this might also be because i love sarah jane. haha)

OVERSEAS TOMORROW! I AM EXCITE! FIRST TIME OVERSEAS WITH FAMILY EVER! :O

Holidays

Hello! I haven't been here for a while haha... I know, this isnt very regular at all. But I've been doing a lot :p

Anyway, I hope you guys have been spending your holidays well! Mine's mostly been jam packed with work and my new found obsession with gaming haha...

I got a new computer! It's a desktop, since I wanted one anyway, and it was cheap. The laptop I want come out in January so I'm going to save up until then :3

I finished at the full time place! Kinda sad, but I was only there as a casual contract :p I'm working at a tutoring centre and babysitting now :p also when the new school term starts I'll be teaching musicianship :p

I havent gone out that much this holidays though :( I probably should go out more. This week I want to go out everyday :D so Monday was connect (which is this just-out-of-high-school Christian group) which was actually was pretty fun, went out for dinner and froyo after haha.

Erm tuesday was LL 18th, where much funz were had which spontaneous beatboxing and dancing and Partying in the USA hahaha. Ngawww NC so cute >.< then games till 3:30am Hahahaha I'm not addict I swear :p

Today was really really fun :) went City with church people who all harassed me about JJ lelele. We played pool and I'm really bad at it >.< I can't hit straight, I always 'jump' the ball lol. Though apparently jumping the ball is like super pro. Haha. But I found it really fun :D should go again next time.

Kareoke was the BEST. I've only been K three times, and I know I love it haha... But I guess I'm not surprised by that :p

Omg I was so tired that I fell asleep on the train home and missed my stop so I had to get off at Cheltenham and I was like "omg how to get to other side of the station?????" and then I saw their was a bridge so I walked the length of the platform and there were no stairs! So I was really confused. Then I stalked this woman who was leaving the platform and realised you had to go out, around the corner, then the stairs were there, and then go around again. And I was like "oooooooh" lol.

It took me like 10 minutes to work it out Hahahaha... So sad.

I'm steadily going broke. I need to babysit again, to get some more cash. The kids I usually take care of left for hong long for two weeks. But they just got back, so I should be working on Monday :D yayyayayayyay work.

Oh on last Saturday, I had a work party at this Korean restraint called Gangnam haha.

I've been practicing really hard for the Christmas Eve Orchestra concert at my church :) piano none stop. Rehersals at my church go from 12:45 to 4 :o super long and tiring haha. :p but it'll be worth it ^^

One thing I like about orchestra is that everyone sounds so pretty together, and every instrument has an important part. Flutes/violins carry soprano, sax/clarinet/violin play alto, and Tenor sax/piano/cello play bass. And the drums/guitar on rhythm. It's fun being on piano in Orchestra because it's very easy and you get no where near as tired as everyone else because all you have to do is move your hands haha. And pedal. Also, you get to improvise a lot, and choose what you want to play, because there usually are parts missing because no one plays tuba or euphonium, so you can play those parts as well :D also you don't get yelled at as much HAHAHAHHA. Or maybe that's just me haha.

Sorry for the somewhat rant :p

Walking home right now, someone is using a sprinkler in their garden, and it smells so nice. Petrichor! Yay for Dr Who!

I AM SO EXCITED FOR THE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL GUYS! EVIL ZOMBIE SNOWMEN YARGGH!

If you ever want to play games with me, just Skype/steam/Facebook me, I'll 80% be online and willing to play haha.

byeeeeeeeeeeeeee guys

Last soup kitchen before HSC

Will genuinely miss it.

haven't posted in a while. didn't post any sentimental stuff about school ending, though i intended to.

I did bawl my eyes out though.

When that last bell rang on thursday, i realised it was the end of school for reals. And then i cried. lol.

so weak.

Also, tried out that new cafe in parra called platform 8. it's kinda funky looking. The chairs are cool. Kinda just sat there with an ice coffee and my ext english essay and edited for ages.

I practically rewrote the thing.

Also, gangnam style is everywhere. It's freaky. It's even on mainstram english radio. in korean. not even english version like girls generation. weird.

Also, i forgot to send in my scholarship things. i'm an idiot.
