recently

i haven't been blogging very regularly. ehe. i feel like my life is too boring to write about something that happenned every day, so collations of days seem helpful.

---

Wednesday

$2.50 moochi! The line was quite insane though. I couldn't even fit it in one photo. lol.

The wait was an hour long! But it's worth it, i think. I mean, retail price was like $6, so tis more than half price! I really like froyo.

But it was super cold to eat, cause it was rainy and windy :(

I actually wanted to get the coconut and green tea flavour, but they had run out when i got to the line, so i changed to biscotti and watermelon instead. :p safe choice aha.

---

Also, i showed this illustration someone sent on me snapchat to my sister, and she laughed cause it's so legit.

My sister dubbed it "100% accurate." Which is slightly depressing. But kinda true. I have a very empty, vague kinda grumpy appearance when I'm just woken up or still super sleepy. :(
---

Thursday

Total leaf carpet at UNSW today. It was windy and leaves were everywhere! Though i kinda like that about autumn. But i hate the rain.

fallen brown carpet
not quite a cracking sound
because of the rain.

I kinda made this reverse gif cause i was bored while waiting for my tute. I just liked the leaves looking like they're magnetised to my foot. ehehehe.

I'm really silly.

---

Went out with the girls for dinner! was so excited about this like ALL DAY aha.

I think i ate too much :/ too much food everywhere!

But then i only ate plain bread... no food at the house right now, i'm just too poor... lol.

But it was really cool, cause i wanted KFC before i went, but i didn't want to buy it cause i have no money... sniff... but we got fried chicken anyway, so i sated my friend chicken desires :) And it was nice! Like kinda spicy, like the way my grandma makes it. Probably because all malaysians season it the same or something, i dunno.

I think Laksa Fried Chicken is the best. It actually tastes amazing :D

Also, Roti Dessert :) I love roti. I noted they added sugar to theirs to make it sweeter and more carmelised on the outside. Probably to help keep it in the cone shape, instead of being all flaky and hot and collasping on itself, yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

food of my childhood lol.

There's a video of my sister's like 3rd birthday party, where my dad comes to film me, and he catches me on film with a spring roll in my mouth, fried chicken drumstick in one hand and a roti in the other. And all i do is smile sheepishly and the camera and leg it.

Seriously, my grandma makes the best foods. I always eat too much when she cooks.

I was really happy to see the girls today :) long talk ahaha :)

ok time to stop procrastinating and do tute work :p

RICE audition video filming!

WOW I thought I posted this on Saturday but it was sitting in my drafts AHAHA... Awks.

I do this alot don't I?

---

Saturday.

So today was pretty cool, trekked up to macQ uni to film the rice youth audition video.

It was actually really fun, getting to know all the other leaders and such :3

"I knew you were trouble when you walked in..."

Haha we had like a 'battle' thing where we had to sing against the dancers and so they kept making stupid dance moves while we were singing and it was just too funny, I almost couldn't sing cause laughing too much...

---

For lunch, the guys wanted to do the 1kg burrito challenge at Mad Mex, which was HILARIOUS to watch. :3 they were totally struggling at the end.

I had a regular burrito, and it was super filling as it was!
(Should have taken a photo of the inside lol)

But it's quite messy! But very tasty! I have decided I like burritos. nomnomnom.

Also went to get Noggi after, cause ALWAYS room for dessert! Except for the 1kg burrito guys, they were done.

HAHA one of them was like "dude there's a lump over the stomach section of my belly!"

And he's no kidding as skinny as like a pencil. And he's super tall. And he kept insisting you could feel a bump where his stomach was. Haha.

But Noggi was awesome, because one of the leaders work there and we got 50%off Noggi :D

So nummy! I love the biscotti flavour :3

---

I think I am far too addicted to snap chat. If you look at my camera roll, almost ALL of it is snapchat screenshots. It's terrible. And I don't even screenshot everything! Just the funny ones.

Also, snapchat makes me send stupid/strange/bad photos when I'm bored. Also bad photos when other people are sad.

---

Had kimchi soup for dinner :) I love kimchi on cold nights :3

Also stats. Ew.

---
Sunday/Monday
I didn't sleep at all on Sunday. Cramming stats.

But I think my computer hates me.

On Sunday morning, my microsoft excel crashed, and i ended up losing ALL my graphs. Then at like 4am my microsoft word crashed, and blue screen of death, and i lost all 7000 words and graphs i had worked on until then. I actually cried. It was so depressing.

You know, on windows 8, the blue screen of death has a giant ':(' emoticon? How depressing. I have a blue screen, and you're shoving it in my face. You butts. I am already sad. You don't need to point it out. wow.

~end rant~

---

Monday

I went to law revue acting block! It was really fun :) WL was there too hehe. Also, I recognised like all the games we played cause Ollie was very much stealing from ms mac.

I miss HSC Drama class.

Also, Doctor Who Finale!

I kinda don't get the Trensalor thing... no silence... no fall of the doctor.

makes me wonder if (a) it's cause the true trensalor fall bit hasn't happenned
(b) when he erased himself from all the databases, he changed his future.

Yeah.

Weird.
---

Fell asleep at Jin's house. I feel bad about it, just a little.

But by my calculations, I slept at like 2 on saturday, and didn't sleep till i got to his place, so like, 8?

that's like, 42 hours?

yeah.

The sad thing is, that's not even the longest I've been up with no sleep.
---

Tuesday

I'M JUST TIRED.

Also, I found that ears can turn very read when embarrassed.

ehehehehehehehehehehe. :3

Also, IT'S SO COLD. I HATE THE COLD.

wibbly wobbly timey wimey (picture heavy)

(Didn't publish this yestrday, so tacking today at the bottom aha...)

Also this is very experimental cause I'm using my phone and the updated blogger app that allows photos! So let's see what happens eh? :D

THURSDAY - Pop up store and Newtown madness.

(8:30am)

Sitting at the bus stop in costume watching the bus go by.

I think I might be late to the opening, which means I woke up early all excitedly and put on costume possibly for no reason.

Oh well.

As I sit here, I realise I have an itchy spot on my foot. But I'm wearing boots so I can't scratch it.

#firstworldproblems

---

(3:00pm)

Ah it was so worth skipping lectures to go :D

The line was really long, and we got there like exactly 5 minutes before the opening. Was hoping to get there earlier, but I wasn't willing to go alone AHAHA...

But it was pretty crazy! The line went like at least 5 meters back from the door when we got there and it didn't stop growing. I swear, the line wa longer after we left than before we got in haha.

They only allowed a limited number of people inside the store at a time, so we had to wait another like hour and a half before we could go in.

They gave us chocolate TARDIS cake! (It was super tasty too.)

But there were some pretty cool people in line with pretty cool costumes, so it was pretty cool talking to fellow whovians.

I think the coolest was the weeping angel outfit.

She was pretty freaky.

I ended up buying two tshirts (one for me and one for a present) and a baker scarf :D

The scarf was the equivalent of two tshirts :( super expensive!

But whatever. #noregrets.

Went exploring with Jin after. Newtown seems to be a hipster paradise. Everything is "antique" or "unique" or "vintage" or "handmade Eco-friendly" or "recycled" or "reimagined"

They have the coolest stuff.

We stumbled into this amazing antiques store which no joke had an entire wall of antique cameras.

They also remade old vintage equipment. Like this old tv turned mirror.

I wish I was filthy rich, because I could buy almost everything in Newtown.

My entire house would look like it's from the 1940s if I had a choice.

We also ate Oporto (yummy) and had a sleepy bus ride home :)

Oh someone rang the doorbell.

---

8:00pm

It was the postman with a package. He brought my stockings ehehe.

I think I'm a bit too addicted to snapchat. Also snapchat is not entirely healthy.

My favourite snaps & amazing drawing abilities (I know screen shotting, haha)

Hehe

FRIDAY - econ exam and baby sitting

Well, exam was terrible.

The baby sitting bit was quite fun though :)

Although I have to say, putting the kids to sleep made me very sleepy too :p even though it was like 8:30 HAHA.

Looking forward to parties and fun :D

Goodnight :)

Catch up (picture heavy)

uwaaaaa past few days have been SUPER BUSY!!!

Tuesday

It was really nice when mh and bt came to UNSW for a visit, i was so happy to see them. It was cool just lying on the grass chilling in the sun eating wedges ahaha

Also RL so cute, being so excited and all to take photos in the glass hallway hahahaha :3

Ah i love girls, friends who are girls are the greatest (L)

no offence to male friends, because you're important too. I don't have enough friends, i can't loose my male ones ahaha....

----

Wednesday

Baby sitting from 8-3 :)

It was actually really fun, even if i was SUPER TIRED from staying up late studying... ahahaha.

We made a sword and shield out of the strange lego connect and he was SO HAPPY with it, he kept running around and didn't want to put it down to eat lunch.

So to make him eat, we had a picnic in the back yard and pretended he was a king and went on adventures, defeating dragons and finding dinosaurs and magical plants that heal kingdoms and give them food that makes bread fall from the sky and meet fairies and catch 'baddies' ahaha

Little kids imagine playtime is so cute.

Stairs become mountains and cubby houses become castles and stepping stones become raging rivers with crocodiles and backyards are forests and garages are caves...

(I also made glasses with the lego connect thing, but it's not as cool as the sword and shield i fashioned.)

After work i went to Artarmon vinnies, which was closing down... seriously why are all the vinnies closing down? it's so sad! I bought a cotton on brown skater skirt for $4, a cotton on orange blouse for $3, a black kind of overall type dress for $6, and ripped pattern black stockings for $2... ehehehe.

Good bargains :D

No photos cause i cbb LOL.

Also went to Chatswood and bought instant noodles (again)

This time i bought tonkatsu instant ramen!

Also, whilst in chatswood, i bought milk pudding :)

I frickin love this stuff, it's like custard but not, and awesome. :D

Even my house mate who's lactose intolerant had a bit and wanted more AHAHAHA

Also bought jammy dodgers and tea, because that stuff is addictive.

If just because they were in Doctor Who. :D

Also had a talk about alter egos. What would your personality be like if you were the opposite gender?

It was actually pretty interesting setting up what i would chose to be like as a male... ahahaha.

I kind of imagined a slightly more responsible luffy. :p

---

Thursday

Basically crashed at jin's the ENTIRE DAY. I feel bad for his parents, they're super nice...

It was REALLY FUN, but not very productive, even though i went over to study, because all i did was tease him AHAHAHAHA.

But really, he's so adorable, what am i supposed to do? :3

Adorable people are meant to be teased. Sorry bro >.<

BUT IF YOU WEREN'T SO CUTE I WOULD HATE YOU.

lol jokes jokes, i wouldn't. but it wouldn't be the same. :(

Also watched that surgeon simulation game review online, and couldn't stop laughing for AGES.

I seriously hope that that's not medical procedures...

We ate the tonkatsu ramen whilst there, cause i brought it over... IT TASTED AWESOME.

Also, because it was so cold (i didn't expect to stay so long, it just kind of... happenned... ahaha) I stole his onesie. And he's probably never getting it back. Unless i get another onesie.

It's a cow.

Aha.

---

Friday

Today was mostly just cramming for work (like always ahahahahaha)

Made the decision to go for Rice leadership. I wonder if i'll regret it... aha.

but after class studied for a bit then went to yogiberry!

The yogiberrybunny took an instant liking to Jin. It's cause he's adorable. AHAHAHAHA.

50% off! Last day! Big bowl of yogiberry for only $6!!!

You jelly bro? Froyo bro! ahahahahaha

Ended up at Jin's house again... it's far too conveniently close to uni to NOT end up there, i think.

okies im tiredskies :)

Night!

Historical :O

TODAY WAS SO MUCH FUN!

Ah i realise girls are awesome :3 I love females the most, guys are stupid and boring. It's so fun with female friends... *cries* i need to make new friends at uni....

Went out today with MH and BT and it was so much fun!

omg transport (kenso to city) was terrible, i had to wait FOREVER for the bus and then when i got on i realised why. Terrible traffic in the area. I swear I didn't move off one street for 15minutes. It took so long my candy crush hearts reloaded.

Ate ramen :3 Wanted ramen for a while, but i feel that, although it's totally normal to get a coffee by yourself (if you have your laptop so you can cram that last minute tute hw), getting food by yourself is just a little lonely...

(i forgot to take a photo, i was too hungry haha.)

Went to cafe after lunch, my sweet memory haha. the shop is so cute!

I was highly tempted by the GIANT CAKES but i didn't get a giant cake.

We stayed in the cafe, just talking, for AGES. It was the best :3

and we got some poor girl nearby to take polariod(s) for us :D

After, the girls took me to Haymarket Supre, which is actually not like all the other supres (somewhat)

It's much bigger and MUCH CHEAPER.

Like $2.50 for a top.

And - this is the amazing bit - I BOUGHT A CROP TOP.

I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD EVER EVER WEAR ONE.

BUT I ACTUALLY BOUGHT ONE.

Also a galaxy skirt, which im really happy about because i've always loved the idea of galaxy print bought always found galaxy print tights to be too intimidating haha.

There are like BILLIONS of amazing galaxy type products on Etsy that I've always wanted to buy, but don't have the money for :/

Oh Etsy. If only i was richer...

Went back to the house and flipped out when i met this (not so) little guy

As my housemate so accurately put it, "i have no problem with nature. I just have a problem when it comes indoors."

haha.

Thursday, April 18, 2013

Welp.

(I never liked the term welp but it gets used a lot and it seemed appropriate. I thought I posted this last night but turns out I saved it as a draft instead...)

Wednesday 17th
Exam tomorrow! I'm not going to do well, I don't really understand matrix rules.

I'm not Neo UNSW. I'm sorry.

Today I had to take my siblings to Chatswood for a dental appointment. I took them to Korean BBQ for lunch before the dentist ^^

And before you think it's cause I was being nice, it was purely because I've wanted to eat BBQ for a while, but it's sad for anyone to eat BBQ alone. Also you can only get one kind of dish. Also my sister speaks Korean.

(We didn't take photos of the BBQ cause we were too busy stuffing our faces nahahaha)

I want to eat ramen at a ramen store next :3 but I have to have more money first. Haha.

Walked around Chatswood for a while before catching a train home. Found a Korean grocery which had a crazy collection of instant noodles. Ill definitely be going back there :D

I bought 3 emergency lunch cup noodle flavours I think I've never seen before, and know I've definitely never tried before.

Also found a vinnies that was closing down, so I bought a bunch of stuff for $25.

Shoes were most expensive ahahaha...

I think I have a slight shoe addiction. Every time I go to any second hand store I almost always buy a pair of heels. Almost always.

Also I hate how buses to my place come so infrequently. And all 3 come around the same time too. Can't they space it out a little better? :(

But this is probably because I'm used to living on a metro line, so a bus that comes every 30 minutes during peak hour and every hour off it is incredibly frustrating.

I love metrobuses (y)

Never thought I'd ever say I love a public transport line, but there you go.

Coming back on the bus i realised that i got on the wrong bus, cause one bus stops halfway :( so i had to wait another 30mintues in the dark, and the cold (and the diamonds. lol jks no diamonds)

But i was sitting on the bus banister side ting cause when i got on there was no room, and the bar made me feel like i was on a kids rollercoaster ahaha....

When I got home I put groceries away, and my roomies had already eaten, so I made packet instant noodles!

And I was so hungry, I ended up singing about how hungry I was while I was making instant noodles.

---
The instant noodle song in cmaj.

I'm so hungry
I want noodles
Instant noodles
Too bad it's not instant
More like 3 minute noodles

Nooooodles are Taaaaaaasty
I hate maccas but I love fast food
FAAAAST NOODLES.
3 MINUTE NOOOOODLES!!

(Hum whilst inserting the occasional noodles and/or Hungus, hungry, yummy, shut up stomach etc until noodles are cooked)

*whilst pouring into bowl*

Everybody loves noodles!
Itadakimasu!

*eat furiously*

---

Really don't want to study tonight. But I think I'm going to not do so well, so ill probably stay up late and try and develop some kind of understanding haha...

MY ASOS JUMPER CAME!!! IMSOSUPERHAPPY! IT SAYS BITE ME AHAHAHA.

---

Roomies and I were sitting round the table studying when we started talking about clothing then sized then weight then boobs and one thing lead to another and on a high of caffiene and laughter we didn't stop rollinng around on the floor in hysterics for about 30 minutes.

People say going into a house with randoms can be kinda crap, but i love it so far :)

HSC IS OVER

Well, it was actually over yesterday, but i couldn't be bothered to write a post haha.

I think I won't be writing much on this throughout November, seeing as I'll be nanowrimo-ing :)

My sister is super nice too me, she bought me a rose to congratulate my finishing :p

I feel very spoiled.

Thanks to my beautiful sister!

My mum went to like church mother's group today, and when she came back she told me they all asked about me.

Ladies: How's Alysha?
M: fine, fine... she just finished, she's very happy
L: OOoooh, is she partying?
M: She just started a writing competition thing, 50k words...
L: ...?
M: And she's looking forward to finish reading all the books she recieved on her birthday
L: wow. That's... healthy.

haha.

Bye guys

Asparagus and chicken :)

So I meant to go to school today, but i didn't because i'm a lazy kid and woke up late.

Instead, i made breakfast, edited english, then made lunch.

I like cooking when I'm home alone. Because i have to work with what's left over in the fridge and the pantry. It's like mystery box challenge! Except i'm a noob lol.

It doesn't look very nice though right? But I think it tasted ok :p

I didn't have any cheese left or else i would have made a bechamel sauce :(

I was considering putting up a recpie but i cbb, it's not that impressive anyway. But it was fast, 15 minutes? With bechamel sauce would have gone up to 30. Perhaps it's better i didn't have bechamel lol.

(fry chicken till cooked with onion and garlic, remove and throw in some water, steam asparagus till it turns dark green, then throw in cooked pasta. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil [i used my lemon infused invention], season with salt and pepper to taste. )

---

Also, got this new camera app that kinda works like those sticky photo things in capitol.

Look, i shall use my lunch as a demonstration.

Yup. Just makes everything that much cuter. :)

OK back to english i go.

Speaking of english , does anybody know if we have to wear school uniform? Or can we rock up in our own clothes?

Good luck everybody, not much longer.

Day one of bruise progression.

So today in drama I rolled off JM incorrectly and landed on my knee. (feels like skyrim. "I used to be an adventurer like you until I took an arrow [injury] to the knee.")

It's starting to bruise quite beautifully. It's currently a pale purple bluey green. I'll see what colour it turns into when it starts to form a larger bruise.

Here's a photo, if you can see anything.

What colour do you actually call bruise colour? Or is it just bruise colour? It's actually quite a pretty colour.

Today I went to KF's house to make oreo cheesecake. But he didn't have half the baking equipment i expected and use at home, so I pretty much used experience to guesstimate how much was 50g icing sugar and fractions in cartons to assume how much was mls and such. And that is how a 15minute prep cake turned into like 3 hour prep cake. lol. So any LTEC members reading, I apologise if the cakes tastes/tasted bad.

And then after went to library to study until my dad could pick me up. And I drank Korean canned coffee, because I was really tired and I've always wanted to try canned coffee. It actually doesn't taste too bad. Plan on bringing it to next camp I go to, so probably yr12 camp coming up, because I always need a little pick me up after camp nights lol. And it only cost $1.20! Though that might be because I spoke in Korean lol.

Looks like this. The side says "don't worry, be happy." Which made me feel like singing Guy Sebastian's song :)
And I was hungry so bought  $1 turkish bread from the outdoor display at the Epping kebab place. The store keeper was so nice, he saw me walking down past the window and he smiled at me, and when I stopped looking at the break he came out of the counter and was like "how was your day at school?" and when i asked him if it was hard, he was like "no! no! Very fresh, very soft, it'll heat it up for you!" and he put it in the microwave and smiled and I told him he didn't have to and he was like "course, it's my job, always do the best for you. :)"

He's such a nice guy, I went to buy chips there with my sister once, and we were so indecisive about using tomato sauce (she hates it, i love it) or chicken salt (i'm neutral, she loves it) so that he gave us the bottle and the shaker and a plate of chips and sat us down and told us to do whatever we want. And he gave us HEAPS of chips too. Such a nice guy.

ISN'T MY SISTER SO PRETTY????

Also English Extension excursion is on the same day as Doorknock appeal, which is the day after Relay for Life (NO SLEEP ACCORDING TO CAPITAIN NA) so dunno what to do for that lol.

Oh. closing off with some Whovian fangirling.

Although they don't have Matt Smith, the 11th doctor, they have 1-8 doctors from the original tv series, the 3 special edition doctors from the comic book series (argh never read, only heard of.), and the 2 doctors from the lastest series. Such cool art.

There is yet to be a red headed doctor.

Also, here Rowan Atkinson is Doctor Who. It was a bloody good mini special, i was rolling around laughing. And it has young Hugh Grant and young Jim Broadbent (Slughorn in HP) starring as the Doctor as well as Mr Bean. And young Jonathan Pryce (Weatherby Swann in Pirates) plays the Master.

It pokes fun at Doctor Who, but it's so funny i don't mind. :)

Post crappness.

I love people.

Really. Some people just make me so happy whenever I see them :') I really love you guys.

Days like this make me think about the beauty of human relationships. Sometimes I just want to become hermit and hide away from the world, and never talk to anyone again and go buy a farm in Tasmania or English countryside somewhere and become self sustainable and never have to see people again, such is my mood and lack of faith in humanity. (Or quite possibly perhaps instead, it's a lack of faith in myself? I dunno.)

And then people do magnificent, seemingly small gestures that make me believe that there is hope, that not everyone is selfish, and that if you look hard enough there is always a legit reason why people act like such an ass.

So thank you guys.

Speaking of things that cheered me up, I thought I should make a list to keep me in a positive frame of mind :)

- BT's mix CD. I'm listening to it now. It's really great. :) It's the kind of music I like to listen to but never know where to find it from haha.
- Skip Beat update :)
- Cake making plans with KF.
- Organising payments :)
- 9gag. oh that brilliant site of happiness
- this video.
Nothing like listening to Freddie to brainwashing yourself into HAVING A GOOD TIME, HAVING A GOOD TIME!
- Reading cooking blogs.
- Reading anything other than what i'm prescribed for school
- Watching The Voice
- Cleaning my desk
- Practising rapping like nicki minaj, because she has a great accent for my drama piece.
- Sharpening pencils
- Reading my ext2work.
- Playing with my adorable owl, pretending it bears a letter from Hogwarts...

- Home made coffee. I'm getting really good at making coffee at home, without a coffee machine. I can even make cafe style latte. The trick is this milkshake blender thing that is like 15 years old that I've been previously using to make bisques and creamy vegetable soups, because there's a blade in it that cutes things like pumpkin down so it tastes thick and smooth. But that's not the point. It looks like this:

And what I've been doing is using COFFEE TEA BAGS, which is quite possibly the best invention in the world, and also chai tea bags to make it.

But seriously, coffee bags are genius. It even lets you make those pretty designs in the froth :)

The important thing is to remember - in cafes they don't use much water. I've been watching the barrista's prep coffee whenever i went to the cafe (which was about 5 times in a week last week lol, i ended up getting soy latte a lot, because it has less fat and less caffine, but it doesn't help much haha) and they don't add water. Water is only used in the form of STEAM to super heat & froth your drink up. Which is why those instant coffee stuff doesn't taste good, cause you have to add too much hot water and not enough milk.

Anyway, if you're interested, i can write about how to make cafe style coffee/chai latte, with designs and everything. And it's dead easy if you have a tea bag. Or even you can make your own, they're not hard.

NOTHING IS BETTER THAN COFFEE TO HELP YOU STAY UP AND DO MATH HOMEWORK.

REALLY. IT REALLY HELPS.

Also saw this on 9gag and found it to be my life right now.

I think they're all quite cute, so i followed the blog :) CHECK IT OUT.

So in the words of Veggietales,

God made you special, and he loves you very much.

Goodbye!

Past few days

Have been going to cafes more often for some unknown reason. This is from sunday, in an outdoor cafe near my church in the awesome area of surry hills. Went op shopping with my sister there, they have the coolest recycled clothing from all different eras and styles.

Though for some reason a ridiculous amount of denim.

And i do love everything they have, but unfortunately it was all quite out of my price range.

And they have the quirkiest shops. People open up their own private art galleries in their homes and put on sale things they make and collect.

Seriously, my church is located in such a cool area, you walk down one road you reach market city, up the same road woolworths and industrial district, the other way, one side is art galleries and cafes, and the other is the upper class restraunts, parks and libraries.

Plus the architecture in Surry Hills is awesome.  You get really old, terraced buildings next to modern, hip art galleries, shops and cafes.

And a lot of these cafes and galleries just use the first floor of the terraced buildings :)

Sorry if this seems like ranting haha

Also they have one of the best pastizzi places ever nearby.

They are the taste of my childhood.

---

Saw this on RL blog Oliver and i thought i'd do it :) Her blog makes me think, because her way of thinking is so different to me. :)

Are you one of those people who are always tripping over things?
Constantly.

Would you ever consider taking evening classes in anything?
Yup. Singing, drama, musical theatre, dance, guitar... after high school i want to continue learning what i'm passionate about, nevt just about my degree.

Are you the type to make situations awkward?
Maybe. But i hate awkward situations. Besides, i think nothing is awkward if you think it's not awkward.

Do you prefer fast food or “proper”, restaurant style food?
As long as it's tasty, i dont care

Would you ever go out with someone shorter than you?
Nope. But i wouldn't mind same height. (RL you can say no, you're not THAT tall...)

Is your mum the type to pressure you to have grandchildren?
She doesn't pressure me, bu she always says things like "your kids are going to..." or "when i play with your kids..."

Do you have any traits that you inherited from your parents?
Alot haha. Personality, intrests, physical features... I wouldn't be the person that i am without my rents :)

Are you still in touch with people you went to primary school with?

Lol my best friend in primary is still mine now :)

Do you like Sushi?
one of my favourite foods :)

Are you the type to get easily embarrassed in public?
It doesn't matter where i am exactly, it just matters who i'm with. I don't usually care about stupid things i do if i'm surrounded by no one who knows me.

Once i walked into a pole at the station, but i didn't care even though everyone around me was hysterical because no one i knew was there.

Do you have to reply to texts straight away, or are you happy to just leave them for a while?
Aha... depends on who it's from and at what time of night... usually it's late or i don't see it till its late, so i'm reluctant to reply...

Food adventure :)

Went out with my sister for funzies.

Yesterday at Donut king they had the free coffee deal thing, so obviously, being supremely asian and coffee loving, had to go and check it out.

I took a picture for the blog of the row of coffee cups advertising free coffee. I heard about it on the radio. ... love radio :)

Actually, in terms of coffee, the coffe was really nice. Got a latte.

CONSIDERING IT WAS FREE. :D

Hehe. I was so happy with my free coffee. And it came in a really pretty glass, and i was so excited, cause i usually get coffee to take away, and Gloria Jeans doesn't do glasses...

I should drink coffee in cafes more often.

Not that that's a hipster thing and i seem to be doing them a lot more. I just happen to like pretty glass cups when i drink things. Although maybe wearing sweaters and knit jumpers and glasses doesn't dispell the hipster image.

I don't want to be hipster. I like sci fi and mainstream music. Sort of. Actually i hate mainstream music, mostly. Like dubstep and stuff, because it annoys me. Really, i much prefer alternative rock, or british music. Or even french music. I'm trying to learn how to sing l'accordinaste by edith piaf for drama, but i'm dramatically lacking in vocal power haha. But music like lady gaga and RAR RAR RAR RAR RARARAR non stop, i just don't get it. Lyrically it's like a baby wrote it.

Back on the topic of free coffee :D

My sister wanted to take the photo when i started to try and take a photo of the glass haha. she's such a good photographer yeah? She makes me look halfway decent lul. Except for the one on the 3rd where i yawned HAHAHAHA. And then she was laughing at me so i stuck my tounge out.

Like when i went to that cafe in parra with tuesday, that was a really awesome shop, with THE best (and quite possible most expensive) soy chai latte i have had to date. I dream of that chai latte. It was brilliant. And the store was so cute too. :)

Anyway after my coffee with my sis we went and got late lunch with my mum and bro and the had  SPECIAL AFTERNOON LUNCH DEAL. Which is awesome, cause that means it's cheap and a relatively small(er) bowl. (because chinese food bowls are HUGE and i can't finish them on my own usually. Unless i haven't eaten all day and it's like 8 in the evening. Like that time after work experience hahahahaha. MASSIVE BOWL OF PHO, gone in like 15 minutes. I kid, wasn't actually 15, but it was ridiculously fast for a massif bowl.

Oh, and i had a cup of hot soy milk :D

Now here's something that i always find confusing. How come white people soy milk takes so different to chinese soy milk? Who knows. Something that i have been pondering alot recently.

Also something that has been going on alot recently is my sibling's obession with L4D2. Or for you non-gamers, left for dead 2. A zombie game with lots of shooting. I freaked them out by whimpering in a corner in the same manner as a 'witch', which is apparently some super hard and scary female zombie that is extremely difficult to kill.

And last night, my brother was walking up the stairs when he bumped into my mum's handbag hanging on the banister and he screamed, cause he thought it was a zombie. :D

Aren't my siblings totally adorable?

Also skype with webcam is an interesting experience.

And i think personality books are stupid.

Just saying.
